Ruminations...

I enjoy having a think, but don't have that much time for pondering I must say.
It's a shame, but I guess as the years have gone by, in their unplanned, often dishevelled, disastrous way, I have grown to enjoy sitting and having a ponder, particularly over my Bible.

Today I thought...

about how God has taken away my darkness and how he gave it to Christ on the cross.
about how terrible my life is to replace demeaning, moaning thoughts with gospel thoughts.

All in all, I'm thinking, and that's a good thing. Unusual, as my life is nuts, but I like those moments of deep pondering.
